We work with companies across the ESG, Sustainability and Climate Technology industries who are making a huge social impact through the products and services they create. We help them hire; Sales, Commercial & Operations, Software Engineering, Embedded & Hardware, Product Management and C Level Leadership.
The role:
We're on a pivotal expansion path and are seeking experienced consultants to continue the growth of the business. We have desks in both our Europe and USA teams. We contribute to positive global change whilst consultants also build an extraordinary career path, with great progression opportunities being part of a fast growth company and ambitious plans to scale.

Work closely with the directors to understand their needs and requirements

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to source and attract top energy talent
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers

Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills and experience, present the best candidates to clients for consideration

Manage the offer process and ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Provide ongoing support to clients and candidates

Generate new business
About you:
You’ll have over a year of 360 recruitment experience in the Technology, Sustainability or ESG markets. You’ll have experience collaborating with influential businesses and finding them top talent to scale their teams. You’ll develop and maintain relationships with your partners and enjoy the full-cycle recruitment role.
